Moving in was a breeze with having the attached garages. I will say they are a little on the narrow side though. The townhomes themselves are a little small but fit the needs of our small family and they do feel really homey. There are imperfections as to be expected with any rental properties. Some small stains on the floor that really weren't all that noticeable and some dings in the walls. As for the community itself, it feels so much more welcoming than Apple Valley Springs Apartments in my opinion in which we came from.... read more
Nice property!The application process should have been explained to me in more details by staff. Don’t tell me you only look for if you can make three times the rent. Also, you do not look at credit scores. You use the credit report and judge off of credit inquiries. Same thing as a valuation as a credit score. Very misleading experience.
Jordan was amazing on the tour, he was very thorough and answered every one of my questions with respect. If I could rate 6/5 I would!!
