Rude front desk staff. I made an appointment for a Thursday ,they put it on Tuesday, never called to remind or ask if I wanted to reschedule when I missed. Went on the day I had it down for and they told me to leave. Won’t be back.

Absolutely the best. Dr. Paula has seen us through 4 dogs since 1985. Always compassionate, always communitive, always wonderful staff even with our current "quirky" dog, Annie.

They have been through the ups and downs of our pets allergies, illnesses and whatever else they have had over the years. Their communication alone is the best. They will call you back with any questions you have and really take the time to explain things to you. They stick to your appointment times and get you in and out. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our pet care.

I took my dogs (Auggie and Valentino) to see Dr. Lentz for several years before I ultimately started working at a different vet clinic. Although I love the clinic I work for, we miss Dr. Lentz! She is a fantastic doctor, is so caring and compassionate, and really listens to my concerns and feedback. I never felt judged or belittled. I especially loved seeing her focus on low-stress approaches to my boys' care. The team at Southfork is great! They are so helpful and caring. I feel so good bringing my fur babies here. The Doctors take the time to discuss your concerns and make sure you understand any instructions for medications or treatments. They are patient and offer recommendations. The rest of the staff is wonderful too! They remember all of my babies and take the time to greet them and me.
