It's like an open dog park. Tenants just open their doors and let their dogs run around with no leash. Be prepared to step in dog poop all over the sidewalks and be attacked by the unleashed dogs. If you call and complain. Lisa Adams will tell you if you don't like it you can move. She loves evicting people. It's on her voice-mail when you call. She's rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Also don't waste your money paying the pet deposit because they don't even care.
The water is disgusting; compared to Waterbury. At least 2 times a month the water turns yellowish Brown. Anyone can’t take a shower for a least 2 hours. The mailboxes are outside far away. You would have to go to someone else’s complex to get YOUR mail. There is pot holes everywhere. It hasn’t been fixed: after a year and a half of living here. My Neighbor is fine compared to the others around.
Looking for a quite place to live?.. This may not be the place for you!. In the winter when it snows this property does not get shoveld or plowed. IF it dies get shoveled it's done by 3 or 4 people who may reside there or hired for the day & You would be considered lucky if they get to where you live. When you contact manager for any issues they do not address your concerns nor repair the issues..
