1 star & that’s only because I can’t give -1000, very rude & unprofessional. I’m livid! I walked out of my appointment within 1 minute of entering because of how rude he was! As I’m leaving because of his rudeness, he implied he’ll make sure I’m still charged, I said you didn’t provide service. You wouldn’t even let me tell you the root of my issue what brought me here, I’ll definitely be disputing & complaining!! Why would my Dr. refer me to this I’m incompetent man!!!
if i could give this negative stars, i would. first of all, the office is not welcoming at all. let’s just start with the receptionist who is rude as hell and doesn’t greet patients with a good morning or how are you. after completing paperwork, I was taken to a room where I’m looking around and i notice that all of the equipment is extremely old and dirty. Reception was rude, she stated Dr does not accept Medicaid/Medicare but the website shows accepted. She kept repeating the same thing as if I was illiterate
The most rude office manager and curt physician I've ever experienced as a health care consumer...Eileen, not only decided to charge me for a missed MRI that I was present for, and, couldn't get because they failed to send the order. She told me I was confused, and would not treat me until I paid balance for missed appointment that wasn't my mistake.
