I had a very troubling experience with Dr. Mansour office regarding the care I received during my recent visit where I was evaluated for symptoms suggestive of a urinary tract infection (UTI), including urinary urgency and frequency. During my visit, the medical assistant recommended a vaginal swab despite my clear explanation that I had no vaginal symptoms and was not seeking STI testing. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mansour for a very long time. His level care, knowledge and compassion for myself and my parents is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Him specifically, but his staff will call and check on us after visits. I’ll never forget when he came to see me in the hospital when I really wasn’t doing well. He also visited my mother after a severe injury as well and it was well after midnight.
