I had a very troubling experience with Dr. Mansour office regarding the care I received during my recent visit where I was evaluated for symptoms suggestive of a urinary tract infection (UTI), including urinary urgency and frequency. During my visit, the medical assistant recommended a vaginal swab despite my clear explanation that I had no vaginal symptoms and was not seeking STI testing.
