The entire staff was absolutely amazing!! Dr. Jordan is the Ms. Rachel of Pediatric dentistry! She even made my daughter and me feel at such ease. I would have given a million stars if possible!
They cancelled my children’s appointments twice in a row. The first time they cancelled with little notice due to the dentist being out of town. The second time they cancelled without any notice. I made the appointment and informed them that I would be paying out of pocket. I asked for an estimate of the price and was even placed on hold for the receptionist to get the quote. Do not take your kids here! They are very unprofessional.
This was my first time bringing my two daughters, and I was more than happy with the customer service that I received, from the ladies at the front desk as well as the assistant and dental hygienist. They had very clear communication. They made the process as new patients very easy and I will continue to use them as well as suggest their services to other parents.
I love this dentist. They gave my son a same day emergency appointment because his mouth was in pain for days. The second I called them they got him in. The office is really neat and clean. The staff are very patient and caring, and my son feels so much better. Thanks Southfield kids dentist for making mine and his day ☺️.
