This is the best urgent care! Allison is super kind and very knowledgeable. She is very patient with my mom. And even remembered her name when we have only been here a few times. Just great to talk to. The two ladies at front desk were very nice too. It is such a great feeling coming here when I am worried about my mom. Thanks so much!
The staff was nice and knowledgeable when I took my daughter in. However, they weren’t timely in my daughters test results. I was told that I would get a call within a few hours but never did. I ended up having to call to get the results and the young lady I spoke with was not pleasant at all.
I had gone to a Beaumont urgent care before coming here and they told me I didn’t have strep and sent me him to suffer without medication. I ended up coming here and it should’ve been my first choice. They were gentle professional and clean. You’re separate from the people that might have contagious illnesses. Even without know if I had strep for sure they gave me something to manage the pain and diagnosed it as strep a day later. So now I can properly heal and return to work. I 10/10 recommend you come here.
The guy that works on the weekend The white doctor is sooooo rude he definitely does not need to be working with black people or women he is not welcoming and does not listen to anything you tell him
