This was a great place to live for a year before we got a new manager. They've been cracking down on rules for the residents and are now doing random inspections of the apartments however they continue to let the property fall into disrepair. The stairs are falling apart and are covered in sawdust the gym has almost no working equipment left and one of our only 2 machines to add money onto our laundry cards has been broken for months. My husband and I have lived here for over 2 years and we plan to stay. Very quiet and friendly community.
Don't waste your time and money moving there. All appliances are ancient, so energy-wise, you are losing money. New owners and management took over and raised the rent outrageously. After 12+ years of my Dad living there and me living there for 2+ years, they wouldn't even give me my deposit back. IN FACT, THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME!!! Simply unacceptable!!! The apartment was left in excellent condition. Deposits there are all a SCAM!!!! This review will not allow you to give 0 stars, but that is what they deserve.......
