I deal with Roy here. He is super helpful.
I personally did not order service from them but my direct neighbor did. Not only did they park their truck and completely block off my drive way but when I asked for one of their employees to move the truck within in the next 10 minutes he brushed me off didn’t move the truck and started to insult me, antagonize, and act childish. This company was recommended by Pods. The 1st day went ok. But I feel like when customers have large furniture you as a company should send the movers that can handle heavy furniture! The 1st day there was a pretty strong guy then a very small one and it would have went smoother & much fast had they both bigger! But DAY 2!!!! They sent 2 very small men 5"5" or 5"6" maybe 140lbs!
