Terrible! They advertise an office in Marathon and Big Pine Key. Yet they do not exist. They advertise same day / emergency appointments and soonest appointment was 9 days out. Beyond rude person scheduling appointments. Avoid. More scumbags down from the mainland.
First of all they don't have an office in Marathon anymore. I saw Dr. Derouin in the Big Pine office. They didn't do any medical history. I was diagnosed with Gout. He gave me a prescription that is known to raise blood pressure. I took the medicine that afternoon and my BP went to 186/110. I read the side effects of the drug and indeed it did state could raise BP. It stated to call DR if your blood pressure.
