I’ve been calling this place for over two years trying to make an appointment. The lady from medical records keeps lying to me and telling me that she’s going to call me back and she never does every time I try to call and get my child’s records they always tell me that they are going to call back and they never do, I need my child’s records and I need to make an appointment at another doctors office because this is ridiculous. Not impressed, run of the mill corporate medical office @ South Lake Dr. Very disappointed in my visit to southernmed. As a new mom, I did research (or so I thought) and felt comfortable by choosing southernmed as my pediatric office for my first child. However, after my first appointment… I cancelled all future appointments due to being scheduled with (Avery Acuff) calling her a doctor is a joke. 1st.)
