If this review was just about Dr. Carter it would be five stars. she’s absolutely amazing. As far as their callback it is terrible. we have called on two different occasions where we were told we would get a call back and never got a call back. it is very frustrating when you are just trying to talk to a nurse.
Dr. Carter emulates what it means to be a doctor, i wish every doctor was like her. She is a god send and an angel on earth. She is caring, attentive, and never makes you feel like she isn't listening. My children love her and are always excited to see Dr. Carter. I will never take my children to see another pediatrician. I'd give her 1 million stars if it allowed.
Dr. Carter is the most phenomenal pediatrician we've ever encountered! Her personal touch and understanding nature make every visit a positive experience for our daughters. She's incredibly great with kids and takes the time to listen to our concerns. We are so grateful to have her as our doctor and will never leave her office. Highly recommend!
Dr. Carter is a heaven sent. I’m so glad I found her!!! She’s very personable, you can tell she really cares about what she does. She took the time to listen to my concerns and didn’t just brush me off. She made it all about my daughter and that made me so happy. She will be my daughter new pediatrician!! For my daughter to be a new patient, the wait time wasn’t bad, and I was able to be seen the same day! I just cannot say enough good things about her! I would highly recommend this practice!!
