called yesterday and asked were they receiving new patients said yes so got scheduled for today Wednesday 1/29 and got there and said they could not take us because we are new patients. Very rude staffing.
Ever since Southside Pediatrics became Southern Med Pediatrics, it’s been nothing but a pain!! Seriously considering changing practices even though my children have gone there all their lives.
Our family loves going to SouthernMED. The staff is exceptional! My daughter loves Dr. Luther and Erin! The nurses are quick to call you back and if your child needs an appt. they get them in as quickly as possible.
We love all the providers but my 4 girls prefer Dr. Collins! Best Peds office in town! They actually care about your babies!
