Words cannot describe my gratitude for the many gifts of caring and daily help I received from all the New Beacon staff who lovingly cared for my father during his final months. Do not use these people! Lady shows up with no phone, doesn’t know her own email to send paperwork, I ask that meds for my dying father be sent to a certain CVS pharmacy and she has it sent to two different ones and each of those pharmacies when I arrive and ask tell me that the one I requested have both meds. And to top it off, the nurse puts a nasal oxygen tube on a patient that is clearly mouth breathing.
