We had a horrible experience with this hospice. My grandmother wasn’t made comfortable and we were told hospice couldn’t find any liquid concentrate pain medication on a Friday evening. This is not acceptable! The hospice physician called in the incorrect pain patch. He called in something my grandmother is ALLERGIC to… this medication was listed as an allergy on her chart from day one. A friend past away at one of the area nursing home. Hospice visited her the past few months. They called and updated us on her condition regularly. A Chaplin/minister also visited her. Prayed with her and sang to her. We did not have a minister to speak at service. Hospice sent the minister that had visited her. His name is Sam Gentry. What a great service he did. He sang and spoke wonderful touching words. We could not have gotten anyone better. Thank you so much for Your hospice care and service. God bless you all .
