Chrissy Eakins is fantastic! She comes to our facility in Battle Creek and blesses not only her Gentiva customers but also anyone who comes across her path as she floats through our hallways like an angel. She has a warm and professional demeanor. She is intelligent, competent, thoughtful, compassionate… also fun and funny! I really can’t say enough good things about her. She is an incredible asset to your company. A true treasure!
Gentiva hospice is hands down the best hospice provider around. I work in health care and have seen a lot of them. When residents are at that point in their journey I always recommend gentiva! Erika is an amazing nurse, she truly cares about the people, she shows compassion and empathy, annd connects with her patients and is always so reliable. I absolutely love working the Gentiva team. We have a great group that comes into our community. Would highly recommend them as an addition to anyone’s care team!
I only worked with Gentiva Hospice for a little over a week because dad passed away, but I can't express how much I appreciated their communication and reliability. If they said they were going to call, they did. If they said they were going to be there, they were there. Amber was like an honest and caring friend who knew just what I needed to know and hear.
Ambor and DeDee are like family. They bent over backwards to make sure my mom was smiling, taken care of and comfortable. They are the BEST!
