Alyssa has been so helpful and kind with our facility and our patients. I would personally recommend Gentiva to any individual in need of hospice care for a family, friend, or loved one!
Chrissy was our nurse and she was awesome! She was right there whenever we needed her and my Mom loved her and would light up whenever she came. Couldn't have gotten any better care. Everyone else was very awesome also. We are very grateful for all of your services and would highly recommend Gentiva.
This place was more than a God send. Our nurse was Chrissy and she became more than just a nurse to us. She has been the brightest lite in the process of loosing my Grandma. She was always very professional, more than kind, and knows exactly what she is doing. Anything she said would happen just that way she said it was going to so we felt prepared the entire time. I would pick Chrissy over and over again.
Half the of staff I interacted with was positive but the other half was nothing short of awful. The social worker Amanda that was signed to my aunts case was obviously very burnt out. It was very difficult to get ahold of her. There was never any follow up and it felt like I was hounding her for help. It definitely added a lot more stress to my situation and I still have questions unanswered. One of the nurses had to be “fired” from my aunts case because of her behavior.
