The staff so far are good . But when nursing home contacted them to come for a patient . They said they had only 1 employee at night so it would be 2hrs before they could be here . That is unacceptable night is when they should be fully staffed period . So if your family member was dying Noone would be here from hospice to help with what needs to be done at the end. I'm dumbfounded by having only 1 employee at night who is out of the area with other patient . 2hrs away.

Southern care Hospice give the best care. Their nurses truly take care of their patients!
I have used this company for several of my patients. I have had nothing but wonderful feedback from their family members. They always give me updated as a provider's office as well.
