The Shrewsbury location is terrible. I had my tractor picked up for service and when they returned the tractor the seat was ripped from what appeared to be a tie down. I call to discuss and was basically called a liar by the arrogant service manager. This made a simple situation much worse and I asked to speak to the owner Linda ? and was told she would call me and never did. Had to call back and still waiting.
