I'm surprised to see a negative review. I've used Dennis and Southern WI Inspections three times and have been beyond satisfied. Dennis is extremely objective, thorough, and kind. I'd highly recommend him.

Driver cut me off in a construction zone today. We're looking for a home and need an inspection. Definitely not going with Southern WI Home Inspection
If you want to get ripped off and have an inaccurate inspection, then hire this company. Southern Wisconsin Home inspections inspected my home so I could sell it and they were completely incompetant. The inspector with the initials DK didn't even know how a GFI outlet works or how to spot one. Everything he said about the house stated to hire a professional to inspect it.
