I moved here over a year ago after I sold my home. I was looking for a nice, affordable, clean, people oriented place to rent. I came across Southern Winds by the recommendation from a friend. My apartment is a 1 bedroom, lower unit. My building has always been quiet and no issues with neighbors, ever. There are a lot of families here along with some college students. Wonderful place... I lived in the sister complex, cross winds and loved it... When I moved back I had a choice and I came here because it away from the hospital and other busy things... View is great.. Wonderful staff members... Everyone seems pleasant... Love having a garage!! Big plus!! Love the new updates.... Fire alarm, sprinkler system... Pool is amazing.. Must see if your looking for a quiet apartment neighborhood.. Nice that you know they don't accept criminals and people without jobs... Makes me feel safer..
