Love Dr Nick and the staff is so helpful.
There is only one vet. Dr Mike. If you ask any questions you get push back and called argumentative. He thinks he’s a god! He will not answer questions and gets upset if you ask. Then they told me to go somewhere else after my dog was neutered. Really good on care… not. Don’t go there!
My kennel misplaced a shot record. I called Southern Wind. In less than a minute I had the shot record emailed to me. Way to go! Thanks
My first time at this clinic, I have nothing but great things to say about them. My cat had a UTI, they got her in right away (even though I wasn’t an existing client). They immediately brought her back to feel if there was any urinary blockage. Thankfully, there wasn’t and I appreciate the vet taking his time to feel/examine her, before rushing right into X-rays and bloodwork!! Owners beware! Dr. Nick more often than not will tell you to go spend thousands on a specialist and then bash you and fire you as his client when you can't afford to go see a specialist. I felt judged the entire time I was there. Staff is rude as well and uncaring. Very unprofessional and impersonal! Don't go here go somewhere else there's other clinics in palm coast for better pricing!
