Sold me a unit and advertised it hands free, with the exception of adding salt for the regeneration process, also no maintenance involved. Again this is what the promoted and advertised. Now I am finding out that there are all kinds of maintenance items that are "supposed to be performed". For future buyers stay far away from this product. I learning an expensive lesson now. It goes back to the old saying, if it sounds like it's too good to be true then it most likely is!

They will not return your calls or fix your problems. I had a system put in over a year ago and still have the same problems I had before it was installed. Sales man assured me this system would fix my water problems right away and clean out my water lines with in a couple weeks. Well $4800.00 and over a year later my clothes are still turning a Yellow color from the iron and sulfer in my water and my kitchen and bathroom facuets are still stopping up from the grit in my well. A sorry company... They constantly call and hang up before I can answer. They do not leave any messages, they just keep calling!!
