6-1-2021 @1:00 pm I went in to inquire an diagnosis of which piece my Jetta fell off from the bottom of my car. I initially thought it was a splash guard, so I went and asked the person at the counter of the “parts” section of the dealership and he put in ZERO effort to help me out on which piece i would be needing to buy. I asked him if he could just take a look under my car (it would take 3-4 seconds). He told me “I’m not going to crawl under your car”.
