6-1-2021 @1:00 pm I went in to inquire an diagnosis of which piece my Jetta fell off from the bottom of my car. I initially thought it was a splash guard, so I went and asked the person at the counter of the “parts” section of the dealership and he put in ZERO effort to help me out on which piece i would be needing to buy. I brought my Tiguan to the dealership at 8:00 on a Saturday morning for my “appointment”. My wife and I both drove so that we could go grab breakfast and run an errand before presumably picking up our vehicle a couple hours later, since the dealership was 45 minutes from Our house.
