The doctors are great, BUT their administrative staff isn’t worth the time of the day! They refuse to return calls to patients or respond to pharmacies. There is one specific admin staff that apparently thinks she is the medical professional and has the expertise of the actually doctor and NP. Because they are too slack to respond, patients can’t get their prescriptions refilled, which in turn causes more serious health issues.
