This is Shirley Miller. Dr Jena Avy is the sweetest person I have ever met. She has worked with me and my pain trying to figure out solutions that will would out. She has such a caring heart and loves her patients so much! She always takes time to listen and not make you feel rushed. Her nurse is the same way and has such a loving and caring heart. Love this place the Best Doctors office I've been in by far. Believe me after blowing my back out I've been in many of doctors office and I feel grateful to have found this place and wonderful team. Everyone is nice to you from the moment you get there besides that they seem really concerned about your pain and treatment. I drive two hours from home to the office and have never considered a change even though there is a clinic at the end of my road less than two mins away. I would recommend this office to anyone. Everyone was polite and caring. I seen Elizabeth Riddle and she took the time to go over my options for pain management. She and her nurse were very understanding and didn't pass any judgement of my need to get my back and leg pain under control so I can live a more productive life. I would highly recommend Southern VIP.

The people are the greatest, kind, respectful, professional and caring. The best Dr Office I have see in my lifetime if u need something done they get it done. If u have a scheduling problem they solve it. All I can say is they are the greatest. But if u r there to just try to falsely get pain meds ur going to the wrong place. Y'all have a Blessed day.

I have always been treated well by everyone in the clinic. Everyone at the front desk, where I sign in, are always very friendly and always willing to help if you have questions. When I'm called back by the nurse,she is always very professional and very friendly. She is really good at her job,taking your vitals and asking about any changes in your meds and your pain level and etc. My doctor is very thorough, she asks me how I've been feeling and if my medicines,or procedures are still working for me.
