Kathy went over and beyond helping us locate the perfect property. We’ve used her services twice in the last 10 years, and what I appreciated the most is how patient she was. It takes an understanding and sincere person to put her client’s needs as a top priority. I highly recommend her and will undoubtedly use her services again.
My realtor scheduled an appointment via the Showing Service to view a property listed by Kathleen. Kathleen apparently didn't use the system and begins to show the property to another client. We expressed that we have it booked tells my agent that "you are going to have to wait" and shuts the door. Rude. Doesn't follow the processes. She must want that double commission.
