Do not use this florist. Ordered a specific arrangement off line it was nothing like it, second replacement arrangement still not like the pictures. Loose, tossed in case, bow awful, nothing like the photos they are just terrible they dont even try to make it look like the photos. Sad that this was for a sympathy arrangement.
Carl & his staff did my wedding reception flowers & they were beautiful! He made the entire process easy by allowing me to meet with him as many times as i wanted. He listened to my needs & the vision he had was exactly what i wanted & got. He was very reasonable on pricing. The quality of his work & amazing flowers were worth every dime! I now live in Missouri & have ordered two different bouquets online for familys birthdays & they have all been delivered at the times i requested & have been stunning! I attempted to purchase an arrangement and the salesperson who answered was rude; hastily explaining that she might not have time to place/deliver my order (without answering my initial question asking if they even had a particular flower in stock). I called two days ahead, and wanted a basic flower, so I don't know why there was an issue. She wasn't kind, willing, patient or remotely happy.
