I hired Southern Value to supervise a new roof install. I was extremely satisfied with the result. During the roof install their inspector caught several instances where the roofers overlooked a significant flaw with the install. Southern Value acted as my representative during the install and I feel confident the new roof was built to code and is a quality roog.

Mr. Griffin was very helpful and professional. He was very detailed orientation and took his time to explain his findings. Great service at a reasonable price would definitely recommend!

Mr. Griffin is very professional - on time, knowledgeable, friendly. And he can do it all - no need to get one inspector for the home, another for the pool, and another for the termites. He takes the time to explain everything. Sometimes an inspection report is scary because we do not understand the professional terms, but Mr. Griffin will explain everything and let you know what is and is not a real problem. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely unbeatable service!!!! Our inspector Jeremy was very knowledgeable and able to help us in the decision of a lifetime. He also took the time to consult with us over any questions we had at the end of the inspection. We had a question a couple days later and he stopped everything to work with us. You can't beat service like that.
