I call this company 2 days before the scheduled appointment to have my septic system pumped. Then the morning of the appointment they call me to verify that the appointment was still scheduled. I confirmed the appointment with Mr. Rangel. Then the company calls me back 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me that I would have to reschedule, the truck was full and they don’t work that later that 2pm. If your time is valuable, call a company that has better customer service. This company clearly doesn’t care.

Had a technician out today to clean our septic tank. When he arrived he pulled in so close to our house you couldn't walk between the truck and the wall. In doing that he ripped the internet connection out of the power light pole it was attached to and we are left without wifi internet, cable, and telephone for at least 24 hours. It may not seem like an inconvenience but my father is housebound at the moment and that's his source of connection to the outside world.
