Told David we had a leak in our pool system that stopped when the supply valve was closed the house. He immediately started checking for leaks inside the pool. Said he found many cracks and the pool would need to drained. After draining, repairing and refilling the pool our water company informed us that we still had the same 28 gallon per hour constant leak.
