Took three trips and three months for job to be completed. Always parts delays etc. I had to keep calling business to find out when parts would be in and when job would be completed. I replaced my current fireplace because blower stopped working and I could not get a replacement blower for it. I let salesperson know I wanted a fireplace with a blower.
