Both Dr. Roth and Dr. Rousseau are professional, personable, and caring. I was treated with kid gloves by both as well as the staff. I was made very comfortable with my radiation for prostate cancer. Kudos to Rene, John, Lonnie, and Kayla for their support. Thank you all for your kindness.
I was suppose to be here by 9:45 am and I got here by 9:39 am and then they never called me at all after I asked them I had an appointment for 9:45 am they never called me in almost 30 minutes so I told them cancel my appointment so I Will no longer be coming here ever again.
The receptionist was extremely unpleasant, which made the overall experience disappointing. My husband was scheduled for a procedure with instructions to arrive at 7:15 a.m. However, at 7:10 a.m., he received a call asking where he was. We arrived at 7:14 a.m. to find the doors locked. When we were let in, the receptionist greeted us with a poor attitude, stating she had been there since before 7:00 a.m. waiting for us.
