I hired this contractor on a $45k 203K loan renovation. He was to repair the chimney that was leaking (still leaking), replace rotten siding on home (still rotten boards on house, repaired boards and shutters with caulk & painted over them), replaced 9 windows with smaller ones from the original, installed a larger one in 1 w/out my consent, Mudded wall board around windows interiorly, let dry and paint over w/out sanding, not notifying me 'if or when' workers would be present, long waits for work to be done.
