I brought my tractor to Southern Tractors for a warranty issue and discussed doing the 50 hour service but it was a bit pricey for me so I told them to call me after they are finished with the warranty work because I will do the 50 hour service myself. They called me about 2 weeks later saying they did the 50 hour service and warranty work so I went in to dispute it, the team at Southern Tractors handled the situation professionally and fairly.
