I took a Stihl chain saw, Stihl weedeater, and a blower for repair. The blower was almost the cost of a new one. The weedeater the same. $47.50 diagnostic fee each. The chain saw was a broken bolt. Well the minimum is also $47.50. A 5 min repair. The manager said he would see what he could do. NOPE $50 repair bill. I did buy a blower and they waved one diagnostic fee. Not a happy customer. I won't be going back.
