So disappointed with the Customer Service and treatment by Manager Amy with Southern Tractor. We purchased a Stihl weed eater from Ace in Willis 8 months ago and the unit would not stay running. It would start and work for 1 minute and stop. Ace Hardware Manager told us to take it to Southern Tractor that they perform Warranty for Stihl purchases from Ace. **************BUYER BEWARE************** If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Their service department is a joke. If you need your mower repaired, this is what you can expect. Bring your mower in, pay hundreds of dollars, they’ll tell you they’re backed up, so you’ll wait almost 3 weeks to get your mower back. Once you get it back, IT WILL NOT BE FIXED. So you’ll bring your mower BACK in and ask that it be fixed since you’ve already paid hundreds of dollars. You’ll get your mower back and IT DOES NOT RUN yet again. They will... read more
