Crew was very nice , work was great and affordable, they couldn’t finish on July 3rd because of storms so they came back on the 4th in the morning and were gone before the BBQ.
I used Southern Touch for the first time last week and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Alex was extremely fast with responding, communicating and getting his crew out to my house within a day. The crew was so professional, friendly, hardworking, great commutators, and did exactly what I asked of them. It was a great decision to using Southern Touch and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Alex and crew! As a customer I appreciate the outstanding overall service!
Alex is completely unprofessional. I asked for a free estimate for tree trimming. His quote was much more than I expected. I thanked him for the estimate and told him I would think about it. Two weeks later he texted me saying he could trim my tree tomorrow. Again, I said I can't afford it right now. After that he became rude. Calling me selfish and stating he's busy because he's a single father. Completely unprofessional.
5 Stars again!!!! Today 6/13/2025 Had Amazing Service from Tyler and Austin!!! They made my Backyard and Trees look healthy and Beautiful!!! They took such great care, arrived as promised, did everything we asked and I am Extremely Happy!!!
