I have nothing but amazing things to say about this title company and specifically Natasha Raabe! As a mortgage lender you often see title companies instantly putting the blame on the mortgage company when a problem arises, but not Southern Title! We had quite the series of events pop up on a recent file (all on the mortgage side) and Natasha handled the situation with patience and kindness. She is fabulous at what she does and I can not wait to work with her again!!
