I cannot imagine a more competent, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, prompt or effective group of people. This place could show a Swiss watch something about running smooth. I wish I could give 10 stars. Use them every chance you can!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this title company and specifically Natasha Raabe! As a mortgage lender you often see title companies instantly putting the blame on the mortgage company when a problem arises, but not Southern Title! We had quite the series of events pop up on a recent file (all on the mortgage side) and Natasha handled the situation with patience and kindness. She is fabulous at what she does and I can not wait to work with her again!!
