I called 2 hours before they closed. I needed a valve stem replaced. Gurl told me they wouldn't be about to get to me. They were full. I drove by the shop. Not a single truck in a bay. Just another typical big shop that doesn't want to do anything.
Blew a tire, got me right in. A job that at the most , should have been 30 minutes. Well took2 hours to change, one tire and a mud flap.. they had 2 girls working on it. Now I don't have anything against them doing the job , if they can actually do it.. 2 hours for a tire change is crazy... the girl could handle the weight of the tire... getting it off the truck or putting it back on... let's not even talk about her getting it on and off the rim... I'd go somewhere else... that has the ability to do the job in a timely manne... read more
