Extremely disappointed with service. Truck went in for 1 drum and tire, the shop refused to do it unless we replaced all brakes and drums, so that they match their brand, otherwise they were not going to touch the truck. Keep in mind, the driver went there after the shop that started the work on it and replaced 1 drum and brake but could not complete the job for the second drum due to an emergency shut down because of a shooting nearby. AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COST, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO TOSS IN THE GARBAGE.
STM next to Pilot NOT Flying J Walter is the Man! His customer service skills is outstanding & how he manages the flow of customers & getting us in/out is unmatched. Call me crazy, but I drove my rig to Dallas from Charlotte then to MS & dead-headed 2 hrs just to come to this STM for steers & an alignment. I can’t rave enough about Walter & his Nascar pit crew style staff members that are extremely mindful of driver’s needs to get us all back on the road! Ms. Tracy
Bad service, without 7 people doing nothing and they say we have to wait. They don't do the job if you don't buy new tires. Terrible service
They one of the worst companies to do business with never on time and very unprofessional
