I had a great experience at Southern Tire Mart at the Pilot in Piedmont. My driver came in for two steer tires and the team took really good care of us. I want to specifically thank Mark, Keeli, and Corey for their patience and professionalism. There was a delay on my end getting the credit card authorization handled, and they stayed on the phone, worked through multiple agents, and made sure everything went through without giving me any issues. I want to be clear: my experience with this particular location has been very negative. While STM as a company may have a good reputation, this specific shop has been the worst I have dealt with. If there were an option to give a zero rating, I would.
Corey and his team are very professional and helpful on all fronts. We broke down in RV they could not help us, but got us in touch with Hawkins towing and A-Tec Services who both did.
