Kai came out in a very fashionable time got my tire replaced on my car trailer and was very nice and professional. Thank you Kai you saved the day. (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong.)
Slow service a couple times …. Store says opens at 7 i get here today at 6:30 to be first in line and and nobody shows up to after 7:30

Paid almost 2000 for 4 tire mount balance they didn’t balance no indication of weights on wheels brought right back waiting for 1hour truck still never went in the shop sooo just had to leave to find better professional tire store extremely unprofessional
Arrived at 4:40 needing two tires blown on and balanced (should only take a few mins). The doors were still open when we arrived. They refused to help and then proceeded to close the doors saying that all of the guys said no and they “turned off the air compressor” (also something that would only take a few mins to build air). Also note they don’t close until 5!!!
