This place has the best customer service! We were on a road trip and passing through and needed a tire on a Saturday right before closing time and they made it happen! Austin and Roy took care of us up front and Thomas and one other gentleman took care of us in the shop. Great prices and they had us back on the road fast. Although it’s not necessarily how I would want to meet these great people, but they turned a bad moment into a great experience. Thanks guys it was much appreciated.
The staff was friendly and they got me in and finished very quickly.
I came in to get my alignment check. They came back sooner then expected. Said it was off a hair. OK, thanks. Started driver side went ahead and fix it with out asking and noticed something wasn't right. It was off more then when I came in, a good bit more then when I got there. My steering wheel doesn't come back to complete straight anymore when I am driving. And it pulls more now than before. Not happy. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ONE OF THE WORKERS MESSED UP MY STEERING.
