I woke up to a flat steer Tire, I was parked right in front of Boss shop , they quoted me full roadside service fee! plus the price of a new tire! they said that because of the weight of the vehicle and the rim pushing down in that tire it would 100% need to be replaced with new steer tire... Every time I come here for repairs on my Semi truck they are quick, efficient, and professional. They offer a range from tires to major repairs, I am very happy with the service and pricing.
Customer service on the light auto side sucks.
We have dealt to do an alignment on the truck, send my drivers there from 46 miles, as soon as my drivers will arrive there, they are simply saying they will not be able to do until next week
