The service was excellent and the service manager did everything he could to fit me in when I had a major alignment issue after being in a wreck on the highway. I would recommend this tire service center to anyone in the Arkansas area or travelers coming through.
Easy to get an appointment and always very courteous
Very courteous, very caring, great prices. My son has had a serious injury in the past 24 months. Had a problem with tires bought elsewhere. I thought Southern Tire was mostly large truck oriented. We were referred there by O'Rielly personnel. Had been working for over 9 hours to get problem taken care of not only by someone else who sold us over $800 tires that would not address the problem, but other businesses in the Batesville area.
