Greetings Southern Tire Mart, Came in to get a tire changed & a DOT Inspection, & the mechanics treated me unprofessionally by letting another person who came well after me skip me in line. I waited hours to get one tire changed! Also, one of the mechanics (D.Sparks) who did my DOT Inspection seemed very angry, don’t know why? & he totally did the paperwork wrong, & didn’t properly inspect. Which forced me to get another DOT inspection & pay again elsewhere. I believe there should be a refund policy in scenarios like this. P... read more
