They were great when i called the first time and very prompt. Every time after that it has been very difficult to get a hold of and they said they would come on a weekend and never showed up and never responded to texts or phone calls.
At first, I was so excited for the fabulous care and service Southern Tides provided. The initial appointments were on time, and quality lawn maintenance was given. However, in the last month, they have missed 2+ appointments, and have not responded to text messages and calls. I am ultimately disappointed with their costumer care.
The owners of Southern Tides Lawn Care responded to my request for an estimate right away. They came out and introduced themselves to me personally and sent me the estimate the same day. I signed the yearly contract and have been impressed with them.
