Excellent customer service! Connie is great. She is so sweet and is always flexible with our schedules. She is proactive about pest control measures and listens to our concerns. Highly recommend!
Fantastic company, I have dealth with Southern Termite and pest for several years, first for termite elimination and prevention, and just more recently a full crawlspace rework with new plastic, circulation fans and a dehumidifier to improve the crawlspace. They have not only been the best priced company every time, but they have always taken care of me and treated me very well. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.
I have been using Southern Termite & Pest control since 2018 after my husband passed. At first I had Connie as my specialist and then life happened and now her son Michael is my pest control specialist. They are very personable and easy to work with. Best of all I haven't had any issues that I needed to call them to come address because their preventative measures has kept them away.
