The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and put out. She has no customer service skills,,,rolling her eyes and ignoring patients as they are standing there at her desk. She greeted no one as they entered or left. She needs to not work with the public.
Dr. Arnold is great. I have always seen him in the tullahoma location. This is my first visit to the Winchester location and it is very disappointing. Dr Arnold is very knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Highly recommend. All staff has been very friendly up until my last visit. Called to get help with directions for my appointment at a new location (Winchester). The receptionist, Katie, that answered the phone was borderline rude and provided absolutely zero help. They were WONDERFUL!!! I broke my foot while on vacation and they were able to see me the day I called and asked for an appointment. Dr Arnold was VERY compassionate about how I was feeling and hurting. Made it possible for us stay in the area to continue our vacation. Would use they again if needed while in this area. Gave me the notes and copy of x-rays for my Dr back in Tampa, FL.
