This company was supposed to be servicing my new commercial unit. After having them always coming out to “ fix” it we found out that they never serviced the 2 units. Replaced belts with wrong sizes. I now have to pay thousands of dollars to replace coils that were never cleaned. Found they charged for filters that were never put in and damaged the unit. Total rip off company.
Rudest staff, messed up and brand new Unit and doesn’t want to take accountability. Had to get lawyers involved to have the company fix it. Do not use this company. They lied and said they reach out to manufacturers to come out but never did. There was a bad leak in my coil and my AC compressor went out 3 times , they kept replacing it but would not try to figure out the real problem and when I confronted them, Lee Michals fired me as a client. Do not work with them, terrible business.
Called and use this company for the first time they did come out and fix the problem the technician was good. However the people in the office must be the owners they cannot be employed as nasty as they are over the phone and demanding payment to the point to where they called me about 15 times when the technician was done and I explained to them I was on another call but I would get them paid give me a few minutes the lady responded no I'm not getting off the phone with you till we get our money you can bet I won't never ca... read more
Review for the driver: Absolutely reckless driving, tailing cars including mine, this driver had no care for others. Would never consider.
