I called with an ac issue and this company was extremely professional and provided same day service.
This driver almost ran me off the road today l. He has major road rage because me going the speed limit wasn’t his style apparently. He tried to swerve into my brand new vehicle, because he wanted to also cut me off so bad. His speeds exceeded 90 mph easy. He did not want me to take photos he tried to race away then hit me from the side. I have it all on dash cam too!
This company was supposed to be servicing my new commercial unit. After having them always coming out to “ fix” it we found out that they never serviced the 2 units. Replaced belts with wrong sizes. I now have to pay thousands of dollars to replace coils that were never cleaned. Found they charged for filters that were never put in and damaged the unit. Total rip off company.
Rudest staff, messed up and brand new Unit and doesn’t want to take accountability. Had to get lawyers involved to have the company fix it. Do not use this company. They lied and said they reach out to manufacturers to come out but never did. There was a bad leak in my coil and my AC compressor went out 3 times , they kept replacing it but would not try to figure out the real problem and when I confronted them, Lee Michals fired me as a client. Do not work with them, terrible business.
