I bought a 2015 mustang 4 months ago from them. I bring it in for it’s first service and the inside of both tires are worn out bald. The toe in is off. They refuse to help me refuse to do anything. An issue that was clearly there when the car was sold to me. They even tried to accuse me of drifting the car saying that would wear the front tires! We had a great experience purchasing our new Atlas! Dale and Harold were great salesmen, and Juan made the financing experience a breeze. We had great, personable conversations with almost everyone in the dealership and felt right at home. Highly recommend!
This place is a joke! Not a honest dealership! They tell ya one thing and show you another and forget fair Kelly blue book pricing!!! They say on like.
It's very hard to enjoy getting your car serviced, but I am extremely pleased with their service department. I took my car to a different VW dealer before and wasted time and money and delt with unnecessary attitude. First Team VW fixed my car's issue in an hour and a half and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I will be using them to care for my vehicle from now on even though it means driving an hour each way. You have renewed my faith in this brand!
