I experienced both sales and service for a 2023 SUV recently. If I was rating the sales experience, I would say a 4 as the sales guys seemed inexperienced and did not have leadership support during the negotiations. I later learned that the manager was out due to a medical concern and when he came back was super accommodating and listened, committing to fix my concern (and in writing). I think they could learn a bit more about customer service for small things like holding the door, knowing more of the history of the vehicle... read more

***update although my initial experience was unfortunate after working with the service team specifically Jim W. we were able To come to a resolution and things have been made right. I wanted to update this to say I appreciate their willingness to stand by their product and take care of me and I would consider that a real sign of the integrity of the dealership.
